No no no, this is actually the second lowest. There's Campus Band which is beneath it and for mostly non-music majors and music majors who want to try a different instrument, then next up is this band, then the Symphonic Band, and then the Wind Orchestra.

this piece is absolutely beautiful... we played for this years OSU High School Honor Band. I play percussion and didn't play for this song and just listened and love the chord in the low brass at 1:47. Does anyone with more theory knowledge than me know and like to tell me? haha

I go to Tacoma School of the Arts, and I'm really excited because our 10-12th grade orchestra is playing this for our year-end concert. It's a beautiful piece.
