Ottawa bums

I filmed these bums in Ottawa. The area is near the Rideau Center. In a one-block you've got a men's homeless shelter, a youth homeless shelter, an indian shelter (where they drink booze in a "safe" environment LOL) and about a million panhandlers. Lots of blacks as well, but they only come out at night (to steal). Enjoy.

I lived in Ottawa most of my life. My best friend now lives in that Mission. He's not a crackhead, an alcoholic or a thug. 3 years ago he was an IT professional with a genius IQ, a house, a wife and 4 kids. Then he developed paranoid schizophrenia. He can't get a job or rent an apartment because of his illness. He has no control over his life anymore. Nice to see that you can sit high above him in your condo and judge him and other homeless people so summarily.
