my 98 eclipse 2g throwout bearing wasn't anything like this.. and not all eclipse manual transmissions have a throwout bearing locks. i have a 95, and a 98 that has no such locking mechnisim for the bearing. they are both free floating.
how would one go about upgrading thier existing clutch that has no T/o bearing lock, to one that does? is there a specific type that one could request while at the parts counter?
