yeah, when I made the video I had been influenced by a report I read about the many ways advertisers make sure a message message gets through to people and stays memorable. A unique voice was one method. Overall I don't think it was the best choice. However bad the voice, the information is solid. The full lengthed video is on google titled differently, with a lot of positive response, mostly from young people I suspect.

Yes, but they annoying voice is an automatic turn off for probably 95% of people. The human ear doesn't like unpleasant sounds.
I myself had to pause the video at merely 0:02 after I heard that voice.

you are repeating what I just said. It was a bad choice to go with that voice. I leave it up simply because the 911 info is rock solid
