Mortal Kombat Trilogy: PSX version - MKII Kung Lao

Playing Mortal Kombat on ePSXe emulator (legal). Playing as kung lao MKII. Highlight normal kung lao and press select.
kung lao would now turn into his old form.
You can also do it with: Raiden, Kano and Jax.
Kung lao has al his old move and a new torpedo move just like raiden.

Kung Lao's moves:
Hat throw: Back, Forward, Low punch.
Teleport: Down, Up.
Dive kick: (In air) Down+High Kick.
Torpedo: Back, Back, Forward.
Spin: (hold block) Up, Up, (tap Low kick a few times.

Fatality: (far) Hold low punch, Back, Back, Forward, Release low pnch.
Stage fatality: Forward × 3, High punch.
Combo 1 (Teleport, High kick), High kick, High kick, Low kick, High kick, Back+High kick.

Isn't there a move that Kung Lao does called the 1-2 throw or something where he grabs someone, jumps in the air and flips them over him and back onto the ground or something? I can't find him doing it in any videos but I swear I remember him being the character who does it.

@smartmonkej If you go to the options menu where the green question mark is and hold L1,L2,R1,R2 for 5 secs it will let you select the green question mark
