people and children slip through the net and its a real shame. The fault lies in people who abuse the system. Is it a case of parental alienation or a case of an abusive parent? So many parent abuse their children, so many people CLAIM abuse for a gain in custody. It happens both ways and its both abusive to children. But to make a change to one means making it harder for the other. its a double edge sword.

A case should be heard on its own merit and not compared to other cases as a 'measure' to weather someone is abusive or a child is being abused. They can only be compared in judgement of an order when it may bares a relavance in a judgement thats been made and to whats fair accordingly. There are children being abused and being let down by the system - its not infallible. Its a fine line when abuse has taken place and alleged abuse has taken place and there is no evidence to it up...

Many of these abusers are psychopaths and recent figures show that 70% of them managed to fool the professionals and get away with abusing over and over.
Also to be noted is some judges coming out in sympathy with the psychopaths- reflecting their own hidden psychopathis tendancies.

Yesterday I was at court where a hot shot lawyer ripped apart a young mum. The police charge this fuckwit with assault and malicious damage. The lawyer couldn't tear apart the cop, so he went for the young mum and broke her. Thankfully the fuckwit was found guilty but he only got a two year good behaviour bond. The young mum was only relieve that it was all over. I would have given Hanging. The fuckwit is a pyscho drunk and his death would benefit society.

whisper49: they are not supposed to be acted out 'properly'. What is the difference if they use 'bogan' kids or 'snob' kids. Child abuse is child abuse. It is not about "mothers' rights activities." Fuckwits who knock Barbara Biggs work are either child abusers and/or women basher themselves. Many good fathers may only get a fortnight access that's because we do not stand against the fucked up dads. If they bashed the child abusers up, maybe they would have more "rights" whatever that means?
