Tibetan Singing Bowl Concert and Meditation #1

Mark Handler, Tibetan Bowl Master, gives a concert using antique Tibetan singing bowls, demonstrating their relaxing, meditative, and sound healing properties. This is the first of two excerpts from this concert recorded August 12, 2008, in Traverse City, Michigan.

I dont really know what these bowls are for. but from my experience it is an EXTREMELY powerful experience to listen to a real tibetan bowl while high on cannabis, if you´re into that. these bowls become much more powerful while stoned.I dont know about the recording though or about listening to several bowls as we only had one when we used it.

amazing video really tryna find techniques for tibetan meditation and some were i can find a temple i could visit in england any help want 2 move towards inlightment and understand buddhism is the only teaching that i undastand and makes sense 2 me thanx

Thanks for the video, the sound of the singing bowl is awesome, they make me feel very relaxed but i have a question, the singing bowls are made for help on meditation or just to help to relax?
