Expand your knowledge of mental illness. When you do you'll realise people like this really exists and the behaviours are borderline sociopathic and perhaps even narcissistic. The reason why people like this character walk around so freely manipulating and fucking with people is that the average man has no knowledge of what they are capable of and what they are.

I feel i can relate a lot to the character, minus the alcohol and promiscuity. everything down to her wardrobe, posture, eating habits, taste in music, sense of humor, going to high school in a small town and leaving to a big city etc. "mom, you don't even realize how much work i have to do."

@BambuProductions The main character isn't so much a "bitch" but rather a person who's so depressed and jaded that she doesn't care about anything in life. And so when you don't care about any consequences to your actions, life becomes this avalanche of bad choices, behaviors, and actions.

@Unworshipediety That is entirely true. As someone who's experienced that, it can leave you jaded and performing behaviors with no concern for their consequences. Definitely not a good path to take in life, haha!

This movie is definitely about the obsessive desperation that people experience when suffering severe depression and it does a very good job at exploring that. Watching this film was a very uncomfortable experience for me because of how much I related to the main character... which of course is not a good thing, haha. At least it made me realize that I was on the wrong path in life and needed to make drastic life changes.
