@megaluisdeth I really like ....one i dont know the name of, I think it's "half diminished" it's a regular Diminished 4 note scale, but each diminished note has a note on top of it, a semi tone above.

Cool, very nice. But I'm just wondering how you know it's tuned in D standard and not drop D. I mean since i says in the tab book i'd assume it was drop D but I believe you when you say its in D standard, but where did you get that from?

from studying them playing it live, plus it just doesnt sound heavy enough in Drop D. I think theres a video of kirk playing a riff from it in an instructional video and its tuned all to D.
