In this adventure BatTracy attempts to rescue a helpless damsels she finds bound and struggling in rope. However, the young lady was strangely enjoying being tied up and did not want to be released. She becomes upset when BatTracy unties her and turns against the super-heroine. BatTracy is lost in confusion and a cat-fight ensues. Will BatTracy be able to take down this new villianess?
