  • 613 Maccabee,

If you have something to say, please keep the crude language out of it and then make your point.

Case in point. We have received information that Al Johnson may be in violation of other Arizona State and U.S. Code because of his Non-Resident Status. We hope to have an updated video of this information soon. We have had so many videos submitted that it is taking time to view and present the facts for your review.

  • Well handled...I would have felt very tempted to remove him by force.

  • The video claims "The Supreme Court says that the County is the municipality upon which liability is imposed for civil rights claims against city employees", citing Owen v. City of Independence (S.Ct.). That cite said no such thing. The point of THAT case was simply that municipalities have no immunity from damages liability flowing from their constitutional violations.

  • The video's claim of what Hotal concludes omits the rationale that DOES permit an officer to enter the property.

The claim "observation from non-public area constitutes unlawful search" per People v. Camacho (Cal.S.Ct.,2000). But that claim again omits a similar rationale, aside from being irrelevant in Arizona.

See v. Seattle has long since been eroded.

The next claim doesn't even come close to support from its cite.

What did they do? Google claims and then not read the cites???

  • In some states this asshole can be shot for trespassing!!

  • I'd shot the truck for parking violation on my property. then had it towed

  • thats why you carry a gun "i thought my life was in jeperdy and i had no other way to stop his action". he was on your property with out a warrent would not leave, has no athority as an officer of the court. boom boom boom then call 911

  • On my property, you get one warning, two if I'm feeling generous, but if you don't leave, I will take you out. I don't care what uniform you wear. Without a warrant, you're just a tresspasser that will be dealt with accordingly.

  • Code enforcement can inspect property. However I have heard that mayors allow speaking but your courpt cheif has illegal arrest powers blog talk radio. Com 2 pm cst with MYWOLF

  • this is strange as a few years ago a UK tourist went up to a front door to ask directions and was shot as a burgler...so how can this guy get away with this without being attacked? US law is all over the place and authority is very amateur the police are the worst cops in the world for an advanced country
