One of Russia's biggest and most notorious prisons is located in the ancient city of Vladimir, part of Russia's Golden Ring. For more than 200 years, the mere mention of Vladimir Central Prison was enough to strike fear in the hearts of many Russians. The jail still houses some of the country's most dangerous inmates.

I wish US prison were like Russian prisons especially like the black dolphin prison. Keep everyone separated and walk them around with blindfolds and hunched over. They don't let inmates socialize with each other besides their cellmate. They are watched by camera 24/7 and checked on every 15 minutes. They have dogs to intimidate them too. Thats a fucking prison. None of that shit that goes on in US prisons happens there.
