I'm surprised you aren't holding the foregrip with your full left fist.
The relative lack of recoil in an SMG platform makes me wonder why the MP5/10 never took off.

Too many years of firing M16's and other AR platforms without a foregrip, plus my personal AR has a Magpul AFG on it. So I used to only using a standard foregrip as a marker for positioning my hands.
