that's beautiful dude! Thanks for sharing that. I want to buy a kantele now! :)

I don't think that he does, he does mostly small level work, a good honest craftsman. He does however have another Kantele up now on ebay. Go there and search "Kantele", and add him "labonte_1" to your favorite sellers. This one however is a left handed one, although it will work both ways.
Thank you! Glad you Love the song! Feel free to message me anytime with questions!

Does Larry have a website i'd be able to go to, and thank you for the website lark in the morning, truely thankful, by the way i love the song...

Thank you!!! Means a lot coming from you, but I must say you did a great job with building a Lovely instrument. Makes it that much more special and easier to play when a good craftsman is behind it!
Thanks again!

Thank you! Not a problem at all, great question! I won it off ebay, but the builder is Larry from "Finn Hollow Kanteles". If you would like further info, message me. If you have any more questions as well I would be very glad to answer! :D
How did you get your kantele?

@Metaldude1945 I purchased it off ebay from a luthier who makes them here in the states. If you're looking for one to buy send me a message and when I get the time I'll give you a few links for where you can get some. :)

have you tried using a hammered dulcimer or bowed approach to the kantele? I was that done by michaeljking and I thought it was pretty awesome, though untraditional... Keep it up!

@riteandritual Thank you! :) Buy a Kantele, you won't regret it! So simple yet so powerful. 5-10 strings (or 36, if one can afford it, haha) have never provided such powerful melodies (not referring to my own melody, although I do enjoy it.:P)
I have tried such approaches, but don't have proper mallets. I usually just end up using two pencils or one long stick for all the strings. Haven't played the Kantele lately, but need to pick it back up!
