Hot Rod Power Tour - Mid America Motorworks

4000 Vehicles made a historic tour through a picture postcard of America. The largest touring Hot Rod show stopped in Effingham, Illinois on Wednesday, June 6.
Mid America Motorworks, the largest supplier of parts & accessories for Corvette and Air-cooled VWs, hosted the 2007 HOT ROD Magazine Power Tour® for a "Lunch Stop". The Tour traveled from Detroit, Michigan to Little Rock, Arkansas on a 7 day - 7 city stop through America's Heartland. Over 2,200 participants were fed box lunches and /or hamburgers hot off the grill at Mid America Motorworks corporate campus in Effingham, IL. Participants were able to tour Mid America Motorworks' MY Garage Museum & Retail Store to peruse vintage cars on display and make purchases.
