mine is made of pumpkin seeds, granola, and vegan chocolate chips, and raisins
Tip 2) Buy frozen vegetables if you don't use all your fresh vegetables every week

@eliv127 I like the whole foods eden foods apple sauce it's organic, but most applesauce is vegan just check the ingredients. The chocolate chips are the whole foods 365 brand of vegan chocolate chips
