How it works
Background

There are over 50 million credit agreements taken out each year in the UK and our solicitors believe that a number of these may be unenforceable due to the contract being drafted incorrectly or imposing unfair terms on customers. And if we write off the amount outstanding. You will also get to keep any goods or services already purchased. If we write off a car loan...you still keep the car! It's so simple to find out if you can wipe out any debts simply complete our form and we do the rest!
How is this possible?

How can we do this? We all have Credit Agreements. Many of them are unfair and therefore unenforceable. You may be paying too much interest. The interest may not have been calculated properly. Your credit Agreement may not comply with the Consumer Credit Act. Our Solicitor's "Audit" will check all your Agreements and provide you with the answer for no upfront review cost. Do not worry if you cannot find your original documents because we will request original copies from your lender or credit card provider for you.

We will check that your Agreement complies with the prescribed terms defined in the Consumer Credit Act of 1974. A vast number of credit agreements, ranging from credit cards to loans are in breach of the Act and can be deemed 'unenforceable'. If your agreement is declared 'unenforceable', you would not be required to make any future repayments!
Payment Protection Insurance

Many lenders have failed to ensure they adhere to the requirements of the act in relation to credit agreements. Meaning we are able to write off any balances owed and could even claim back payments previously made! At the same time, we will also check to see if we can claim back PPI. Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) is included on most consolidation loans, car loans, store cards, mortgages, personal loans and credit cards! The average claim for PPI so far is £2,500 but secured loan PPI can be far higher. There are around 20 million PPI policies in force and this produces annual revenue in excess of £5 billion to the credit industry. PPI can also be called personal loan protection, credit card payment protection, mortgage payment protection insurance or accident, sickness and unemployment protection. We can arrange for you to be repaid the vast majority of the premiums you have paid, which can often amount to thousands of pounds!

Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) is offered with nearly every type of credit. We will find out if this was mis-sold to you and we could claim thousands of pounds back for you. There are many reasons we could help you to make a claim; including if you were self-employed, retired or a homemaker when you took out a policy. You may have been pressurised into taking an expensive PPI policy in order to obtain credit or not been informed that it was available elsewhere more cheaply. In many cases, PPI can be up to 80% cheaper with independent providers rather than banks. If any of these are the case, you may have been mis-sold and are therefore entitled to a refund. Do not worry. We will check all of this for you and ensure you gain the maximum compensation you're entitled to. All you need to do is Apply.
