Unlagged behaves "erratically". If on, it will see you as if you were lagged, which has the server store additional data for where everyone was 1 second ago, thus allowing missed shots to possibly hit.
If you turn it off, then you will be truly as "unlagged", without the extra packet transfer, thus being much more accurate. Or so seemed.
