UX2 Demo song

This was recorded using a backing track called the begining. It was part of a competition on youtube a lil while back.
To make this, i converted the backing track into WAV. and pasted it into an ableton audio track, then rocorded the guitar track over the top.
The patch in POD farm was one ive made myself using the Chemical X line6 amp model and compressor, some reverb and and a noise gate, the guitar used is a fender strat with bill lawrence pups

Does it come with the full version of Ableton or is it a lite version?

Do you think you could use acoustic drums with this equipment?

@jon41987 nah, not enough inputs on it; I guess you could mic the room/overhead but then you wont have any control over the levels. You could get a separate USB mixer and some drum mics and use it conjunction with the UX2 though.. - regards

@opilus Dude, how did you make the drum track for the song? What software did you use?

@EDrixX I didn't make the backing track I'm afraid, just played the lead guitar over the top. I recorded and mastered it all in Ableton if that helps.

I m not a big fan of electric guitar. I prefer the classical. But when I hear stuff like this I could be converted. Some awsome sounds and playing there dude. Real tasty !!!

beautiful work bro! Do you know by any chance why I don`t get any sound only with the bass guitar? The acoustic and electric work fine.
