As a member of said generation, I couldn't agree more. You're right; it is unbelievable that we have not been able to get marijuana legalized. This drug was in almost universal use by my generation in the 1970s, yet now, it's hard to find anyone my age who will admit they ever used it.

First off, he's talking about the failed "War on Drugs," which punishes and incarcerates blacks and Latinos at MUCH higher rates than whites even though they don't use drugs any more often. Officers will literally stop and harass blacks and Latinos on their ways home from school instead of, say, raiding a college dorm.

Secondly, it is a complete falsehood that blacks are overtly against gay marriage. And it's a lie magnified by media the same way it portrays us as being "hood."

If you look at the structure of a typical family it may resemble a terrorist cell, that doesn't mean it's similiar to one. A government uses FORCE to make you do what it want's you to do. A corporation can not FORCE you to do anything. The fact that they sometimes are able to do that is because they use the force of government in their favor. If we had a LIMITED government, corporations wouldn't be able to rely on using the force of gov't in their favor.
