I think that when playing a quality guitar like this, your picking and strumming attack should be much more gentle and considered. You are over powering the top and then some. You should actually listen to these reviews before you post them. I for one get nothing from them.

As much as I like the idea of fancy recording gear, this mic really doesn't reproduce the liveliness and resonance of the guitars he plays. these mics make the guitars sound sterile and thin. there's too much reliance on a "flat" recording eq that microphones tend to lean towards that our human ears differ from.
