  • What is up with the gay chanting?

  • ... the batons they held in ready to bash heads. One of the thugs was even caught on BrokenSidewalk's livestream saying he had "an itchy trigger-finger" to the thug next to him. By the end, it was apparent the thugs would've been paid more if they'd gotten to beat someone. Historically speaking, the City of Tulsa used paid thugs to act as snipers in the cupola on top of the old tall building downtown during the attack on Greenwood in 1921. Probably these guy's grandfathers.

  • ... But the onlookers reaction changes the moment the cops start spraying pepperspray in the eyes of the passive resisters.... this was obviously an attempt by the TPD to gain a violent reaction from the others and give them the reason they wanted to use the weapons they'd brought out. Besides the pepperspray, they also had the CO2 powered paint-ball guns with pepper-balls... they had fire-extinguisher sized bottles of PS (like the one used at UC), they brought out an LRAD!!! Not to mention..

  • Several individuals who were known "security contractors" but was NOT TPD. The city has tried to deny this, but they probably couldn't get the real union cops to violate the citizen's rights... and hiring thugs to do it probably shields the Mayor's liability in ordering the violence. Oh yeah, and to add another layer, War Criminal TONY BLAIR was in town that night speaking at ORU... no doubt the illustrious mayor wanted to show the International sociopath how the local psychopaths deal....

  • ...on the grass to be arrested. The police showed up with over 80 officers to make a line and arrest the demonstrators on the grass and 40 more in support vehicle drivers and staff.

You can hear the crowd's acceptance of the situation of the arrest even though the show of intimidating force was obviously meant to threaten the 30 other witnesses. While the TCSO was used, there were many thugs where were hired to act as cops, but they WERE NOT. Many witnesses on the livestreams identified...

  • For background: The protestors had been instructed by a police representative 3 weeks before (when cops at OWS were going crazy) on the procedure the TPD would follow with non-violent, passively resisting protestors... and had been told that no pepper spray nor tasers would be used. They were told that 4 officers per person would carry each person off to the police van and they would be booked accordingly. That night there were only about 40 people in the park and only 10 decided to remain...

  • Wow, interesting to see 'tcso' (tulsa county sheriff's office) monitoring the comments on this page. Call out whatever technicality you wish, those 'security forces' administered pepper spray to passive, non-resistors from less than six-inches from their eyes. They made no attempt to cover themselves and those thugs took full advantage of that.

Tulsa has a nasty history with the way "Officials" treat citizens and workers.... from 1917 when they attacked the IWW to 2011 when they attacked OT.

  • For those complaining of this video. The protesters were in a park after curfew and the mayor of Tulsa said shut it down so the officers were under orders to. To the person that said the officer hand cuffed and put in the last cell. DLM booked you, not TPD they just turn you over to the DLM staff and it is a open booking area where everyone is un-handcuffed, unless you were being unruly to the detention officers. .

  • If police are just telling you what the law is, and standing there, they are just doing what the community requires them to do. Arrests too. But protestors yelling doen't help anyone. "The whole world is watching" should be used wizely or it loses it's effectiveness. It just makes the protestors into tauntors .. and that's not helping ordinary folk to identify with them.

  • to who ever put up this video do not take it down EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! no matter what anybody says. I was arrested and cooperated fully and invoked my fifth amendment. and had one of the officers in this video take me out of the car while no one was watching and unhand-cuffed me just enough to squeeze them down on my wrists with enough force to completely cut off circulation to both hands then he locked them back. took me into david l moss and into the very last cell so i could get no help!!!
