Place D3D9 and enbseries.ini in your Skyrim root folder, it will solve this problem as well as fix other particle effects, including fire and frost.

@Moogeled Buy a PC. You shouldnt be playing anything from Bethsoft on a console anyway.

Thanks for (re)posting this! Was stuck here for quite a while till I found this fix!

Actually afterwards I was surprised to realize how many effects I had been missing till now (spell glows, spiderwebs, smoke, light shafts, etc) so thanks!

i just have the same problem..i have to turn down the graphic settings in order for the beam of light to appear but still its not really visible....also all the magic effects except lightning are bug to me i cant see them they are like mist.....specially the dragon breaths

@thespacecowboy420 Thanks a bunch for this. I couldn't really understand where to put the circles because I couldn't get my "bearings" in the room, because the view was mostly upward and not on the ground. You saved me a lot of time.

:( no help my screen still triangles angles cut everywhere when the game started, how can i fix this issue? when i click esc the menu seems really clear but in game: anges cut cut cant even see anything.
