This card is great! Ive switched it out on 3 computers so far, and my new computer uses windows 7, I just looked up Soundblaster online on google and they have all of the downloads for drivers you'll need, KeeP Your BoXes!! the serial code number is on the back, or just write em in a book that you'll never get rid of, Also, it'll load a Tab at the very top of your screen that is hidden exept for a faint white line, when you go up there you'll have access to the sound cards options,dont del

Well I reinstalled the card after a year and the new drivers seem stable. As far as I can tell everything is working fine so heres hoping Creative has really worked out the issues with their drivers.

just bought this card and it kicks ass. before we got the sennheiser pc360 headset for review so i had to buy "good" sound card to get the most out of them.

I have the same static problem with the microphone since i switched from XP to Vista 64 bit and now Windows 7 64 bit. Now the problem I have is that the sound crash while playing some games like L4D, WoW and L4D2. Too bad because I trust Creative stuff since they launched the 1st Sound Blaster 16.

Does it work with x-fi soundblaster. If not what can i do to make it work. Beacuse i have tried all sorts of things, but I still can't get it to work. Now I'm connected to the mother board audio device. so please help me.

Hello please tell me where you get those drivers so you have control panel for win7? the ones in the cd didnt not work they are not for win 7.

@mdijkhuizen01 Static sounds here too, but on XP x86. Wonder if headphones plugged in right, though -- I am assuming, nonetheless. Static just began recently.
