Well That was the Egypt THEN not the Egypt of now and it was longer than 30 years ago. The Jewish community was forced to leave in the 40's and 50's. The copts are having a hard time also. And if you know your history Judiasm with Abraham/Ibrahim was a Chaldean from Ur which is in now Modern day Iraq. But Christianity and Judiasm in Egypt has a VERY long history. Can't we all just get along

Actually the song is by "Sting" and the name of the song is "Desert-Rose" the background vocal that sounds Morroccan is of an Israeli-Arab but frankly I don't remember the name. You are so welcome!

the video is beautiful and it helps me perfectly with homsickeness. even though i love it cuz i've been living there my whole life, i just wish all ppl who get education abroad would come back to make egypt an even better place than it already is.

This was made with pure love. Stop all the religious bikering and remember what all the religions teach, God is 1, he made us out of love and he wants us to love each other as well. what is all these fights over islam, christianity and judaism and which religion has the upper hand over egypt! I cant believe it, religion has become the only issue on which people come together and agree or fight each other and disagree, please god bring the apocalypse on us soon coz i really cant take this anymore
