First Robotics AZ Regional Finals Match 1 Uncalled Penatly

From the Rack 'N' Roll Rule Book:

G25- END GAME play- ROBOTS may not occupy the opponents HOME ZONE during the END GAME. Any Robot in an opponent's HOME ZONE at the start of the END GAME will be assessed a 10-point penalty.

Team 1013's robot clearly enters the blue home zone after the second audio signal sounded, the referee saw it, pointed to it, but never ended up calling it. If the ref hadn't failed to call this penalty, we would have won that game 4 to 0, and ultimately won the competition.
