Colorado is the only Medical Marijuana state with the law written into the State Constitution, in the form of Amendment 20.
The industry was doing fine developing under this Constitutional amendment, until the Colorado State Legislature decided to step in
and announce Orwellian regulations on Medical Cannabis through House Bill 1284. This is the story of how it affected our Phoenix Tears project,

Morally speaking here, politics is all a matter of business, those selected or elected who serve the public don't or can't since constitutions are not allowed to exist between man and the almighty dollar, so using the "morality" card is totally useless in this issue or any issue, if it can't be profitized to multi-billions over cures for the masses of multitudes of the people is what needs changed

dude you guys are doing a good job here but people need real cold hard facts in order to take this seriously not just words on the screen that say IT CURES CANCER and amounts of doses you use. what about doctor visits and documents that tracked the depletion of the various cancers it helps. im all for this im just a skeptical guy and i know a lot of people are as well
