An easy way to get a full meal in liquid form: Protein, carbs, fats.
High in calories...

If you make it with 8-10 oz milk, expect to get in 600-700+ calories.

  • The Real problem is those whey protein powders are real expensive.

not ur fault just saying I used to get mass gainer protein powder containers but there so expensive that I had to stop :(

  • @ndgh209 A tub of protein powder may seem expensive, but do the math. Gram for gram a tub of protein is cheaper than chicken breast, fish, or steak. Plus its convenient and whey has an arguably better amino profile. But whatever floats your boat I guess... taste is always an issue. Hope you found this vid helpful!

  • this is for one meal?

  • @MrKubco yes

  • vinny?

  • @leo1337hs lol who? ...from jersey shore?

  • @McGrath435 Thank you for the reply, im actually new to all of these but i can tell you what my goal is. " I curently weight 140 and i am 5'7. What i would like is to be at least 165 because i do mma with guys that are 180, so since im 40lbs lighter their punches are stronger then mine and they take me down easier. So what im trying to say is that im not really looking for the top of the line product but i would still like to gain more muscle and bulkiness"

  • @Specialized1993 as for taste... about the same

  • @Specialized1993 You need to ask yourself if you want to pay more for an only "slightly" better product.. if money is an issue, or peak performance isn't desired... than just focus on getting your macros in and being consistent with the sub-optimal product... but

if money isn't an issue, or peak performance is desired go with something better than Optimum nutrition's 100% whey... (look into the hydrolyzed whey or some superior blend). Answer your question? sorry if robot response was annoying.

  • Since this video is almost 1 year old, im gonna ask if you noticed a difference between the optimum protein and the high power whey protein. Difference in taste or performance?
