Contemporary Dance in progress - "Select Option" rehearsal (QL2's Quantum Leap)

This is some quick grabs from a studio run of sections of "Select Option" - a new contemporary dance work from QL2 Centre for Youth Dance in Canberra, Australia.

In Select Option, Associate Directors Brian Lucas (QLD), Liz Lea (London), Marko Panzic (So You Think You Can Dance) and Reed Luplau (Sydney Dance Company) have brought their highly individual styles to work with Quantum Leap and Artistic Director Ruth Osborne over six months. It will be a stunning two-act dance performance of unusual intensity and depth. Video producers Bearcage Productions will create a video set which envelops the action, and there will be an original music score by young Australian composers Nick Ng and Adam Ventoura.
