  • Hey dude, i have been impressed with your vids thus far but im afraid i will have to disagree of the shaping of muscles point that you made. I am currently training as a strength and conditioning coach myself and there are many specific exercises you can do that will target different parts of a particular muscle. This meaning that you can, to a certain extent, control shape and definition of your muscles.

  • @JebbosWarfare Let's agree to disagree on this topic then. I believe that genetics are the 100% determining factor of the shape of your muscles, and the bodybuilding approach to "shaping" the muscles, and "attacking the muscles from all angles" is utterly pointless.

  • how do u work to chin ups and pull ups if u cant really do them tough?

  • @nawstra578 Good question. I'm going to film a video about this soon, but for now, the answer is forced negatives. Just because you're not strong enough to lift your bodyweight up to the bar for a chinup/pullup doesn't mean you're not strong enough to slowly lower your weight down from the bar. So use your legs to jump up to the top position of the chinup/pullup, then slowly lower down, and use your legs to get back up to the top position and repeat for as many reps as possible.

  • What is a compound exerscise?

and what is an iscolation exerscise?

    i have no clue xD

  • Compound exercises work multiple muscles and move multiple joints.

Isolation exercises work one muscle and move one joint.

Examples of compound exercises are bench press, dips, rows, chin-ups, shoulder press.

Examples of isolation exercises are biceps curls, triceps pushdowns, triceps kickbacks, side lateral raises.

  • i do 20lb arm curls with dumbells.i cant lift a 30 lb,so if i keep straining will i eventually get strong enough to do a 30 lb curl?

  • 1:12 YAY!!!!!!!!!!! ORANGE ELEVATOR !!!!!!!!!!

  • dude... your cat died

  • the size of your arms makes me think you may be wrong

  • I've only started going going to the gym about 10 months ago, since then I've come a long way, can't say for sure how much weight I've gained is muscle but visually there's a big difference.

Now to the point :) my triceps are much bigger and stronger, and I've been doing isolation exercises and they really seem to be doing the job.
