@lilaznboy90 It's good that you asked becuz most people don't know the practical applications of this. Other than learning the art & culture itself, chi sao develops sensitivity + muscle memory, that is why they are blindfolded. Sensitivity is very important because it is a sort of instinctive reaction. If you are taken from surprise on the street & are under a lot of stress, you will be able to cope quite well. If you can fight with closed eyes, you can do even better w/ open eyes.

@wckfo Stupid comment WCKFO! Anyone can keep loose reflexes on rehearsed drill, its about keeping relaxed and natural. This is not chi sau I dont care what anyone says!

Clearly choreographed but still pretty good. I am like 8 years older then those two boys but I am way worse in wing chun. My wing chun sucks, man!
