Answer to why I have so much money:
[ After finish the game I messed around with the money values (hacking), because I wanted to try out all the cars and buy all of the houses to study the way the developers handled certain situations and different car physics.

The way to get a lot of money without cheating does take a lot of work here are some ways I've found:

- Maxing out F.R.I.M. at level 45 you will obtain $10K every time you max out your F.R.I.M. meter
- Replay races with a high monetary reward
- Sell cars and houses you no longer need (I don't like this option since I'm a collector and like to have everything :P and have emotional attachment to cars that I enjoy driving)

- Driving convoy events are pretty good too since they give anywhere from $10k-$50k but you can only do 100 events and driving convoys are quite rare.

@chrisriley4444 $5000 for each which amount to a total of $100,000 or $200,000 if you do both islands, and that's about it other then an achievement / trophy.

@Idriveacar456 That's a good question, I've not tried with her mustang specifically , the details do not ask for her mustang, but it's always worth a try, I'd go and try it for you but I no longer have the game.

It $5k per photo, and there 20 photos, so that $100k on each island. You get a bonus $50k if you find all photos on each island.

To change the weather, make sure your online, otherwise it only sunshine and moonlight.

You can't control it, just try and watch the weather channel for it to be the right weather for the time of day you want.

how did you get the weather to match the requirements? did u wait for weather change or did change the weather somehow?
