    ...HOW exactly? What, Big Oil companies are gonna artificially try to set their stock prices lower so they don't have to pay as much in dividends? The stock prices are gonna drop AUTOMATICALLY a whole bunch because we get rid of some tax subsidies? Gimme a break.
