I am not going to give up, because this is the year that i am going to do it. I have given to many excuses. i need to do it, 125 is my ultimate goal!

I dunno why i said mineral water it is a mineral drop that you put in juice or water whatever you want to put it in. and it is supposed to help with weight loss and it isn't a diet pill it is just helping to make sure you get specific minerals in your body. My mom bought it for me off of the McCombs plan website i found it i believe under the products section. Thanks again for showing your support!
Great job! :) I just cant do the tread mill. And I've gotten bored with the eliptical. Do you think the dance revolution thing for playstation works? I work up a sweat *bought it for weight loss actually* and I do it for like 30 min... Thats like an aerobics class right? I just want to do something that doesn't bore me to death.

Something you might want to invest in is work out videos there are some pretty good ones out there. Yoga booty Ballet, and the Jillian Michaels 30 shred are some good ones. DDR is a good work out but i feel like you would push your self hard with a person actually telling you what to do and you will mostly likely get a full body work out in with the work out tapes. just a thought
