  • Very nice, I cound't tell if you were using shift registers to control the LEDs. I counted the pinout on the TI's picture am I wrong or does the MSP430 launchpad have 14 I/O pins?

  • @LFR4 You're wrong, it has 14 pins in total. Only 6 of them are I/O-pins. I infact used three shift registers for this cube. Two for the columns and one for the layers.

  • @herfsomnerken +1,

Source code/schematics would be cool. although I should just stop being lazy and program one myself...

  • How did you go about creating this? Do you have source or an instructable? I'm really new to microprocessing and I'm looking for material geared towards the msp430 launchpad.

  • @jordnas Thanks for clearing that up, I miscounted the 20-pin socket. That's a good idea using one for the layers. Thanks for the fast reply.

  • source code and schematic pleazzzzzzz

  • Nice dubstep and nice cube, whats the song?

  • You shuould wire your audio to analog input (if it has any) so it'd go better with this dubstep :D
