http://sarahfit.com This is my new favorite ab routine that I have been doing almost daily at the gym! It focuses on both the obliques and core creating a fabulous looking stomach without hurting your neck!

  • Hey Sarah, I am 20 and i have exactly one month to get my tummy reduced and get my abs tight and in shape...i m ready to workout as much needed, if you could please tell me what all to do, or just give me a couple of links that shows what to do...Please Please Please ! Thanks so much in advance. Your the only one who can save me !! :D

  • @GodiAndTheWorld If you only have one month, I would suggest focusing in on your diet. Fitness helps melt the fat but 30 minutes of running can easily be negated by one cookie. If you visit my site - click on the weight loss or college diet tab at the top for my best tips and plans that I personally follow.

  • Hi Sarah. I'm a new subscriber and found the video on "Belly Pooch! Get Rid of Your Belly Pooch Ab Exercises". I was just wondering which would be a better workout to help achieve a flatter stomach? Thanks.

  • @SLMOD20 I would do both, alternating days. One focuses on the obliques and the other your lower abdominals.

  • I have a hard time keeping my core tight most of the time=[ Alos, i no matter how many times i see and try the side plank for obliques, i end up falling forward. Zero balance, lol. Am i doing in wrong?

  • @carlabean007 Instead of staking your feet, place the top one down in front of the bottom or lower your bottom knee for balance.

  • how do you get rid of inner leg fat? I really hate it that my thighs rub up against each other when I wear shorts.

  • Your videos always make me feel good because you have a figure that is beautiful, healthy and attainable. I can't look like a supermodel because I've got a naturally muscular body, but you prove that athletic can be feminine and gorgeous! Thanks for giving me something to strive for :)
