In PS version, Omega's level is a constant lv100.
Only in PC or PS(Japanese) version Omega's level is depend on the allies lv.

Youtube really is the bottom of the barrel some times. He's posted a video showing you that the monster is level 11 or whatever. The game fucking says it is. It doesn't look edited or hacked or anything but... jesus christ guys. He's not fucking lying.

I was going for a fast kill and he was easy enough. There was no gap between moves where it was waiting for me to imput a move so it wouldn't have made it better anyway.

No. Omega's Level is dependant on your level. If you go through the game carding or running from all encounters that give xp (except the two or three you can't) and Junction (and use stat increasing items) you can get a very powerful team against a very low level Omega Weapon.

No you are wrong. Look at my other videos. I've just uploaded a video of me scaning him. He's level 11. Please feel free to scan omega weapon yourself. You can get a demo version of fraps and record it... but it will only prove you wrong.
