  • @PatrolmanDark Here you go, way better video but it wont let me post the link. Search "dynomax muffler demonstration" and it should be the first on or second one.

  • At our auto club the super turbo (17747) is the most popular muffler.

I just bought two for my isuzu vehicross.

One of our fellow members had a proven dyno test HP gain from 215 (stock) up to 247 HP,then he replace the stock air filter & housing with a secret weapon air intake system & the gain was 255 HP.

These dynomax mufflers are good as hell, highly recommended

  • I have a pair of the Thrush Welded 2-chamber mufflers on my '68 Ford. They sound really nice everywhere... at idle, at cruise, under acceleration, and at wide open throttle. For around $30 you can buy them from Summitracing or Jegs and they would sound great on any muscle car, and probably trucks too.

  • I agree on that this is an awesome set-up. I just thought the mufflers and glass packs that they tested sounded all about the same on their engine set-up.

  • That was a pretty good Idea to have all the different mufflers you can hear, but I think they should have rigged up a exhaust system with a little more plumbing to it. like they have on the dyno's. that way you can get a little closer to what your car would sound like, instead of just putting them stait on the headers.. Also I think they should of had the interviewing lady wearing on of those skin tight camel toe reveling outfits on. That would be cool huh huh

  • I agree 100%. This is a great demo. because I'm not just gonna guess on the sound, I wanna hear it first hand.

  • i think all the major exhaust company's should have demonstrations like this on youtube, or available on their websites. buying a muffler is buying the sound, so you should buy a sound that you like

  • the glasspacks are nice. ive got 2 on my 98 silverado 5.7L

  • he doesn't want you to hear it, he just wants you to buy it....lol
