Yes, that is Roy Castle. I wonder what he is doing today. I love this number. I just watched it on dish net work.I practice voodoo and it works!!!I can read tarot cards too. The last card was a journey card. That meant everyone had their own destiny.It is not a bad card.He is full of it.But, the upside down hang man, now that is a bad card.

Sadly Roy Castle passed away in 1994. Such a shame, as he was a wonderfully talented man, much missed but never forgotten.

A quick excursion on google suggests that it is Jimmy Deuchar on Mellophone or Mellophonium. Roy who was not at the music sessions it seems, is ghosted by none other than Shake Keane. The bassist is Freddy Logan. I found all the info from the truck website. A most enjoyable moment from the great Jazz struggle.

I saw the film last night. The Voodoo number later in the film which Biff Bailey (Castle) purloined was superb. Who is the cat with the shades, and what is his instrument that he's playing? Is that Dave Green on bass?

I've alway's loved The Voodoo number myself too although Biff Bailey (Roy Castle)
is not playing on the film, he is dubbed musically by the Jazz legend Tubby Hayes.
Not sure who the cat in black shades is nor the instrument he's playing. It may be
