Wanna be a more capable, more stable, more agile goalie who will never fail to make a save caused by bad balance?
Roller skate! BUT NOT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!

Nothing is better to enhance your skating ability like wheels on feet! But this doesnt mean you should just roll straight ahead on a perfect surface. Make challenges! Roll on grass, dirt, hills, stones, sand, anything that provides you with a challenge to your balance! Bounce tennis balls between your legs while rolling, and catch them! The better you get doing these extreme challenges off-ice, the better you will get performing on the ICE where its perfectly flat!

IMPORTANT! ALWAYS WEAR PROTECTION AND
NEVER DO ANYTHING BEYOND YOUR CAPABILITIES!

  • Very misleading, amigo. 1. The skater is ROLLERBLADING on hockey inlines. Rollerskating = quad skates. 2. Whilst I have no doubt that the exercises you suggest will help balance and agility, some of the surfaces you mention -dirt & sand in particular - are a massive no-no as they will fill your bearings with shite and ruin them. Otherwise looks top fun & will certainly improve skills :)
