This cheff lived and cooked all around the world and finally settled his Restaurante here in Argentina, San Luis in the middle of the mountais. A landscape that remember him, his childness in Sicilia.
Thats the enviroment he likes to create, I published this video because he's my mother's husband and we love this place. and food's great.

i love sicilian pizza....the best is in sicily of course!! =) but i think Buenos Aires pizza is better than the New Yorkers
