their uniforms get incredibly dirty. I'm a gravedigger, setting markers digging graves weedeating mowing, working outdoors you tend to get dirty. as far as working in suits, thats just ridiculous. My company has better uniforms than this though. Also the hard hat is an osha thing. once you get hit in the head by a backhoe bucket, you'd wish you were wearing one. I have no idea why that dude is wearing his on a service though. This looks like an S.C.I. (service corp international) by the uniforms

Another cop out.. if I ran that cemetery I'd fire them for being too stupid to do their job and not get hurt. Then I'd hire someone who would be less of an ass. I think this is part of the reason folks are getting ready to kick the unions to the curb. If the unions aren't going to actively improve their industry they need to go away. Perhaps competing unions are the answer. Hard to say, but it's pretty clear this isn't about safety.

It looks terrible and there is no possible way you can justify them. Also, they should be in suits. It's undignified. It's like being buried by the cable guy.
