@creatorofk Authors will never get offers to do SNL. For example: Truman Capote, probably the most famous author ever celebrity-wise, never hosted SNL due to his not being as famous as an actor in his time, despite how hilarious and flambouyantly gay he was. I'm not saying they shouldnt, but they, sadly, wont.
