Wow you don't need a brute shot for ANY of those jumps. I mean NONE of them require grenades / brute shot. I replayed the video 3 times and I watched him go to each spot like a total noob: with a brute shot. i could get to each and every spot in this video (and better ones) by just jumping

that tree you jumped up on you can just use the air vent and just fly and steer onto it done it 1000 times works all the tie =D no need to waste ammo =D
