air alert is dud. it doesnt maximixze peoples potential cuz it doesnt incorporate all the physics of jumping.
proper plyometrics do the thing , they cover the most important things :
concentric force
eccentric forze
ammortization

im 20 now finally dunkin with 2 hands and i jump off 1 or 2 feet which is cool. but i tried air alert it works yes but it works jumpin endurance and very lil explosion cuz theres no weights....
TRY JUMP ATTACK let me know how that works shit its like ur training with a NBA coach, shits nuts, and ur knees wont fuck up

i made 100 jump ropes before i dont know if its a leap up but as long as is does not exceed over 100, i could jump as long as that.but on burn outs, i'm just saying probably.i never tried jumping that longer even though its just 2 - 3 inches without bending my knees.

i find leap ups and step ups the hardest, u sure burnouts are the hardest? i could be doing it wrong

Its about jumping longer.there is a stuff called "creatine"(idk how to spell it)that makes you jump in a longer duration. that is why, no matter how much strength i build in my legs through stretching, it still feel hard.burn outs is probably the most difficult exercise here.

dude i m going throught the same, sometimes it feels too much to do.... it takes a while to get your self mentally ready for each workout. i feel happy when i reach the burnouts and thrust ups though
