  • Rule of thirds is boring too. The image must be balanced; light, texture, color, space, shapes, must all interact and share the frame. If you go out thinking 'rule of thirds' you will often make sucky, cliche' images.

    It's supposed to be art, people. It's supposed to be beautiful. Since when will any rule achieve that??

  • Why were you smack in the middle of your demo on thirds? You were so "boring" (your word, not mine), stuck there in the middle like you were. Perhaps your videographer wasn't paying attention. Man, when people don't pay attention, don't you wish you could just have 'em drawn and thirded?
