Smart Investing: Communities Thrive When Children Thrive is a conversation about what North Carolinians want for their youngest children and for the future of the state. It is an opportunity to talk about the future of our communities and our state; to interact with others who are equally concerned about these issues; and to determine what must be accomplished on behalf of young children.
