    regurgitation of actually boring technique... and lets face it. the kits actually sound bad. no electronic kit could ever replace an acoustic one...and specially the toms sound really robotic

    they sound realy realy close but not real comon guys i own a roland kit as well they are amazing kits but they dont replace an acoustic now way not yet

    Those cymbals are just awful. I hope they can upgrade to multisamples or synthesis: given that it's electronically impossible to sample all FM and intermodulation of course.

    No point in comparing to the real thing, they're a different animal.

    I love the sound of v-drums and I agree they sound real if you make them sound real. If you have v-drums that don't, mess with the settings.
