Assassin's Creed II - UPlay Theme

To get this theme (it's a standard theme, not a premium theme), you must access the UPlay option in the main menu of Assassin's Creed II (when in the main menu, press "Y"). After you set it up, you will get "mini-achievements" for doing certain things in the game. Once you have accumulated 10 points (which you should get for account creation alone), you can then unlock the theme via the UPlay menu.

@Snipeshot286 go to the Uplay option on any ubsifot game and select AC2, then redeem this theme for 10 points.
