it is a tree house and from the looks of it ....it probably will be a nice looking tree house....my only observation is that already it looks like he or she is spending alot of money using such big pieces of lunber, when i built my tree house i cut 2x6 lengthwise into four i also used cedar fence boards which are already cut at 5/8's thick, the fencing planks can be used for walls and roofing....i am waiting to see the 3rd and fourth part of the building of this tree house....good luck....
